Emergency Preparedness Solutions developed EOC plans and delivered training to Provo City EOC staff professionally, timely and with great integrity. Tim’s experience in Emergency Management allows him to effectively meet the needs of local governments.
Emergency Preparedness Solutions (EPS) has become a critical part of our training development team. We can count on them to build upon and improve our own ideas, and they deliver highly professional training materials designed in accordance with our own in-house templates. EPS brings robust knowledge and experience tp the table, in the realms of instructional design and adult learning, as well as topics such as NIMS, EOC operations, CBRNE response, shelter operations and more.
Emergency Preparedness Solutions (EPS) has been a valued partner in sustaining a culture of safety and preparedness at Vermont Gas (VGS) for many years now. Their professionalism and broad knowledge base for all aspects of disaster preparedness and planning cannot be overstated. Whether it is leading an exercise, conducting a training, facilitating an After-Action Report (AAR), or helping with emergency planning; EPS has always provided VGS with a standard of service that is what I would consider above and beyond. Their approach, with everything they have done for VGS, is pro-active and thorough. Reports they have prepared are individualized and are not the result of a cookie-cutter approach. Format and content are always concise and readable by VGS Team members. It should also be noted that throughout the pandemic, when many businesses ground to a halt or were significantly impacted, EPS seamlessly continued to provide VGS with effective preparedness services, but in an unexpected virtual environment. All along the way, providing VGS with insightful findings and valuable recommendations. EPS staff, including Tim Riecker, have been wonderful to work with and are considered part of the VGS Team. We greatly appreciate their outstanding customer service.
Emergency Preparedness Solutions did a fantastic job for the Airport Cooperative Research Program (ACRP) through their expertise in emergency management operations and training, their thoroughness in approach to all tasks, ability to communicate effectively to all stakeholders, and their project management abilities. EPS was contracted to update and field-test EOC training scenarios for the airport community. They developed a comprehensive plan for achieving the objectives, executed the plan efficiently, and were nimble in response to the findings of their research. This has resulted in the airport industry now having an EOC exercise and training tool that is based on sound learning objectives and appropriately validated by experts within the industry. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with the EPS team again.
